We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $1500 mxn. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Except for personalized orders, which are subject to times displayed on the product info. For orders under $1000 mxn, a flat rate shipping fee will apply. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.

Returns must be on their original condition and package. We cannot accept returns on personalized items due to the nature of the product. We do not accept returns for discounted products.
